thanks!|||Possibly. If Boostmobile uses GSM and the Motorola IC902 is a GSM phone then yes. If boostmobile is CDMA and Motorola phone is CDMA, then yes. If it a Verizon phone forget about it, it won't work.|||Yes it can be but its not swappable like regular Nextel Phones. The 1st sim you put in the phone becomes the permanent sim.
You can also unlock the CDMA part so it works with pageplus and they do unlimited CDMA for like $2 a day.
To sum it all up, unlimited cellular and 2way for $3 a day prepaid.
