Is boostmobile a really crappy cell phone service?

my friend never gets my texts it seems like and I can never seem to call her without it going straight to voicemail. I don't think she's ignoring me either because when I call sometimes it will ring.|||Yes it is because it takes longer to get text messages|||It uses Sprint Network, so the answer is not really. It's pretty decent in most areas.|||I'd say yes
