Why can't I send media mail messages on my BoostMobile Juno phone?

Everytime it says "Error %26lt;S63%26gt; Cannot send message or upload due to network issues. Retry now?" I always put ok and resend it but it always says the same thing! Why would I pay something that doesn't work? Can somebody help me? How do I fix this? :/|||I'm not sure but i am having the exact same problem. I noticed when i went to the online media mail site for Boost that it was down for awhile as well. I figured out that if i change the priority to High instead of normal that sometimes they will go through. It is very frustrating to me as well.
