How do i buy a phone off boostmobile.com?

I want to buy the incognito off there... but i cant figure out how to do it lol.. can somebody help me out a lil!!?!? :)|||they dont sell that phone online, only in stores. the places that sell them are boost mobile, radioshack, and best buy. but im trying to get one and they are sold out everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!
