Can the screen to a boostmobile sanyo juno be replaced?

i can only see half of my screen , the rest is white and a little bit of black with different colored little tiny lines running through it . i was wondering if its possible to get this fixed or if i'd have to buy a whole brandnew phone.|||It's not worth the price to pay to get it fixed. It's better to buy a new phone. Especially since there could browse internal damage to the phone that you won't know until later. Plus its hard to find a place to ****** them. Those phones are only like 70 now and u have to think it will cost at least 40 to fix it.
