How do you Connect to the Web Using BoostMobile?

I recently got my KRZR and been wondering how do you connect to the web. I heard it's free on their website but i can't seem to connect. It keeps saying "Sorry, there has been a system error. Please try again later. I am able to buy ringtones off of their website but i'm not able to connect to myspace youtube stuff like that.|||there is a program off the nexttell website it is called iden connect or somthing like that i cant rember but if you are teathering you phone this will work
