What can I do about my boostmobile camera phone not working?

My aunt gave me the phone and initially it wouldnt let me use it because the memory was full, naturally i deleted all of her photos. After that, whenever I attempt to acsess the camera it says "multimedia error" and immediantly closes the application. Have any of you ever had that problem? I am extremely frustrated.|||you could try and take it to the cell phone store. also the phone might need a memory chip to store pictures and videos. you can buy a memory chip at the cell phone store or radio shack or somewhere like that|||contact a mobile repairer
